Has anyone come across a 3 and/or 4 panel gliding door like Andersen Windows makes?
I'd love to make them but am not proficient enough yet with the family editor  :x

Found it! There are several on the Revit content site:

http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/index.html

Go to the Revit 5.1 subscription library and click on Doors. (they should be in the 6.0, too!) There are sliding 2, 3, and 4 panel doors.

Hope thats what you were looking for!

Scott,

The 4 panel door is what I am looking for however the 3 panel shown there is not sliding. The centre panel swings. I need gliding. thanks anyways.

oops, sorry! I assumed the 3 and 4 panel were constructed the same way. Can you edit the 4 panel slider into a 3 panel? I know you said you aren't yet comfortable with using the family editor, but that probably would be a fairly easy change.

Les,

Here is an aluminum 4 panel sliding door. The panels are adjustable as a percentage from 0% open to 100% in plan view and model view separately. It is drawn to read best in 1/4" scale. It is based on a local manufacturer here in southern California. I hope it works for you.
