After hiding an annotation (section and detail marks), is there a way to find these hidden annotations other than hovering over them?

I do not think so, unless you select everything and filter out the non-annotations. I would like to see a command for "Show Hidden Annotations".

I tried to select all and then filter the selection for only the view annotations but the hidden annotations still do not appear.

My plan views were showing section annotations. However, for some reason unknown to me, the section annotations no longer appear on some of the plan view. I did not hide them and when I hover over the locations they should be, they still do not show up.
How can I add the section annotations back to my plan views?

How can I add the section annotations back to my plan views?Check the view properties of the "missing" sections by opening the view or picking it in the browser. You are looking for the Hide at Scales Coarser Than. This FAQ (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=12576)

My 'View Scale' for this particular sections is set at 1:50 and the setting for 'Hide at scales courser than' is 1:200. The 'View Scale' for the plan view where this section sis cut is 1:200. Therefore, I would think that the annotation would be visible.

Right click the section name in the browser and check " find referring views "
If there is no referring view, its most likely that the section view has been set to a different phase to the original plan view.

Thanks beegee. Steve Campbell explained this to me and it resolved my problem. I needed to change the section view phase to the same phase as the plan view.
