Hello all,

In ACAD 2004/2005, there was a toggle in the profile options to turn on/off Windows accelerator keys. This is useful as Ctrl+A in windows is select all, but can be used as Group/Ungroup in ACAD.

This used to be on the User Preferences tab on user profiles (Tools->options) dialog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I find the Windows Standard Keys work in AutoCAD 2006, but I can't find the toggle either. They really need to simplify the dialog box A LOT.

With the new CUI, I don't think you can turn off the standard Accelerator keys. You can use the "Temporary Override" keys and add a new definition for CTRL+A to be the group command, or what ever you wish to assign to it.
