New window in existing wall

I inserted an Andersen Window into an existing wall as a new phase. The grilles or swing display doesn't show up in elevation and in 3D it displays in red. Why? Thanks.

Change your view properties phase filter to "Show Complete". With show all it shows the demo portion of the wall in red over the top of the window.

Or set it to "Show Previous + New" to keep the existing grayed.
