Separating Wall into Bearing & Non Bearing

Is it possible to make a composite wall that can be broken into "bearing and non bearing" components. I have a 8" CMU wall that is "load bearing" with EIFS and a lower 4" face brick. I do not want the EIFS nor the brick to display in my structural views. However I need to maintain the composite wall for my architectural views.

Do I have to create separate walls i.e. CMU wall and then an EIFS wall with a brick sweep
to achieve this.
