Window family not displaying correctly in v.8

Recently upgaded to v.8 and some of my window families are not displaying correctly - the middle transoms in some families are off centre.

Windows in a file from previous versions display OK, but if I try to make a copy or import a different size from the same family then I get this problem with the copy. The same families from v6 to 8 give the same effect

The families look OK when I check them in the family editor.

From the attached image, the bottom RH window is the correct one, the top RH image shows the incorrect display, and the 3d view is showing yet another incorrect display

I had similar problems with 6.0 to 7.0..... open the family and flex it - you will find that some paramaters may no longer work - cant say why, but I had to look at a lot of families with nested components, even scrapped a few.....
