Please bear with me on this one... I'm having trouble getting my hands around rooms and their bounding issues.

Below is a project file with procedure that describes my dilema:

1. Delete room tag labeled EXTERIOR.
2. Select Ok from the room warning box (this should keep the room info, right?). The Room Schedule still looks correct. The Door Schedule still shows the from-to info correctly.
3. Nudge Door 1 back and forth. The from-to info gets updated incorrectly.
4. Place a new room tag in the same area. This creates a new room and leaves the old room in the schedule. Where does this old room belong now?

This happens for the rooms within the walls as well. It seems that, in a project, if there is only one room tag tagging the room and it is deleted without deleting the room, the old room goes into ROOM LIMBO. There also seems to be a bug regarding real-time updating of the Door Schedule. Am I missing something? Is this working the way it should?

when you have rooms in the schedule but no tag, they don't know where they live. when you start the room tag command, on the options bar is a pulldown labled "Room:". any rooms that are in room limbo are in the dropdown list, select the one you want to use, then place the tag. the tag is the only thing that locates a room for the program, once the tag is gone you have to re-create the link between the info in the schedule and the location with this method.
