Is there anyway to copy a schedule and paste it into another project file?

Place schedule on a sheet. Then you can select it and copy/paste on a sheet in another project.

Also with schedules, is there anyway to more easily add shared parameters to families and schedules other than the current process of Adding paramters one by one...

anyway to select more than one paramater at a time to be inserted into a schedule?
