Went to sign up for the Revit 6 update DLS, and was asked to login, not a problem I thought, but my email address was unknown to the Server. I reckon I tried every email address I that I've used in the past, different ISP domains, different places of work, no luck, then I tried an old email that I haven't used for 2 or 3 years, and Bang! it worked. Phew. Touble now is that confirmation details etc will be emailed to THAT email address, which of course I can no longer access.

Original Reviteers would fondly remember the revit.com site had a link down in the lower right hand corner to enter your user email as login, plus a link to update/edit details. This is what I need to do, but sadly the revit.com homepage is dead, and had a good look around autodesk.com/revit but could not find any links to enable user login much less edit details.

Anybody know where to find link or how to update details? TIA...

You could try Drilling down through the Autodesk Web site to Autodesk Revit. Under the support option is the Autodesk Revit Subscription Centre, Don't know if this will work in all parts of the world but there is a page alowing changes to details including e amail address.

Rhys - good suggestion, but it's not there under Subscription, at least here DownUnder. And even if it was, this Edit button that I'm referring to merely allows you to change your details but was totally separate from your subscription 'details'.
