Curtain Wall Door / Window.

Hey this is simple but I forgot how to do it..
How to do you get a window or door to fit inside a curtain wall panel after you have selected the panel..
Iam having trouble getting a certain window to to go inside a systam panel it will not show up under the pulldown of options for a panel..
