In order to have coordinates in a table (or anywhere else in a drawing) update when something gets moved use a field to extract the x,y value of the insertion point of a block (or a circle on a no-plot layer). If a block is used you can use fields to extract the attribute information as well to possibly fill in other columns of the table.
eg.
insert a block for a traffic signal pole and get coordinates, pole base type, pole height, base diameter, ect., ect.
