I have a drawing that was created with limits of 0 to 20,000 ft. It should have been to 200 ft. I've tried LIMITS and style manager, even rescaled the whole drawing but it is still off. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
Can you please explain exactly what you mean by the statement "even rescaled the whole drawing but it is still off".
And do you really need to worry about "Limits" (I personally never use that feature).
Have a good one, Mike

Thanks Mike. It's a footprint of a roof. When I measure one side of the roof to the other it measures 4000 feet it should only be about 150 feet.

Ok! maybe look at using the Scale command with the "Reference" option (refer to the AutoCAD Online Help File [F1] if you need information on this option).

Hi
Again, personally I do not use the AutoCAD Grid.
Does AutoCAD LT have the _.DSettings command (Drafting Settings dialog box)?
If yes, look at the "Snap and Grid" tab.
OR
Right-click on the Grid icon location on the AutoCAD Status bar (bottom of the screen) and pick "Settings" from the pop-up menu (refer to screen capture).
OR
Use the _.Grid command.

Thanks Mike,
I figured it out. First rescale, set limits then grid spacing.
Thanks again
Chris
