nifty indeed. little bit buggy imo. needs some thought on how to handle what a user might do while using the measuring and decides he's done and then clicking exit in the upper right before done. or a user trying to zoom or pan while trying to take a measurement from opposite sides of the drawing that can't accurately be viewed at the same time
