Willing to share template files?

I now have enough Revit projects under my belt that I want to make a serious go at my own template file. While I have been keeping notes about what I want to put in it, I'd love to look at some others if you're willing to share.

I checked RUGI-there is very little in their Template file section.

I'm open to any type (residential, commercial, etc.)
