I think the number 866-go-revit still works, although the preferred method for support is to log a request online through subscription center.

I don't have much luck with the web based support. They don't get back to me within the 2 hours they promise. It is more like two days or two weeks, just whenever. I guess calling would be the same thing, wait on line for 30 minutes, log the issue and someone will call you back?
