Xref Bind in 2006 I receive an "unknown error warning" message

I am experiencing difficulties using Xref Bind in 2006, I get an "unknown error warning"
and am advised to bind one file at a time. When doing this back comes the warning.
It all works fine in 2005, could it be due to INSUNITS now working automatically on Xrefs?

Have you tried to audit the drawings involved? Maybe that will help.

Also purge everything, includge regaps (avaialble only with -purge).
