It would be great if we could add blank rows in the Drawing List Schedule to freely type in sheets that aren't included in the Revit Model such as consultant drawings or sheets that may be in a separate file if it is a multi-building project. For large projects I don't want to have to add in blank sheets, let alone import consultant drawings.

If anyone knows a good work around for this please let me know. Right now I just put a drafting view with the typed sheet information below the real schedule on the sheet.

When we have to list additional sheets we sometimes add blank sheets to our list and call them out as what the consultant drawings are. That way we can order them the way they appear, such as if a civil drawing is in the middle of the mix. It tends to be a pain in the rear though. It really would be nice if we could add sheets the don't really exist in the model. Nice wish!

It would be nice to have fields filled in with Symbols like a triangle if issued for reference and a filled box if issued for construction etc... But I guess you could fool revit if you create a annotation parameter, with an external parameter foir the sheet info. then place them somewhere on a not used view, then do a noteblock of the annotations. Almost not worth the effort though, as you will need to update the annotations.
