How to create a Similar or OPH callout bubble?

I am working in a floor plan and have a callout bubble say for area 'A'.
Now I want a callout bubble OPP hand referencing same area A or a sim...how do I do this?

When you create the callout look at the option bar and notice that you have a checkbox allowing you to 'reference other view'. Check that and a list appears to select from. You can control what is displayed in the callout (SIM, OPP, REV etc.) by changing the callout family.
