Non orthogonal Dimensions

Hello Everybody.

Does anyone have a definitive can/can not guide to dimensions.
I think particularly of those non orthographic dimensions that mey be some arbitary point to some other point.

I have done a search and there are many users having the same problems. Sometimes I can tab to the point other times I can't.

Wishlist Item:
Additional Point to Point dimension. If it can be 'Tape Measured' then it should be just as easy to dimension.

In fact there are many times revit is able to 'show' you a solution, then tell you it can't do it! (in particual joining roofs, walls attaching etc) Very odd.
