importing points from word

I am using Autocad 2006 and I have a word document that contains northing and easting coordinates for some field tests that we took. I would line to insert circles into my cad drawing using those northing and easting points that are in word. In other words I do not want to have to type in the coordinate for the location where I want each circle to go.
I would appreciate any help that I can get, Thanks
