If I want to show some levels in my sections but not others what would be the best way to go about this.
Regards, Paul.

Check out scope boxes.
Theres good information about them in these forums - Steve Stafford's Tutorial from memory.

Or right-click on the level and pick Hide Annotation In View.

Patricks, thanks very much for that, I feel rather silly that I missed something so simple.

I like to use a workset that is defined by not visible by default and call it Minor levels and grids. You can go further with this, but it does a good job. Scope boxes work well for some things if they can be defined by a box. I like to have all structural levels on sep worksets. and just the main floor levels on shared levels and grids.

Hi Scott - I really like the idea of the workset that isn't visible by default
Just wondering how you do that?
We are busy on our first big Revit project (11 storey office building) and these little tips on controlling visibility are proving extremely useful !

When you're in the worksets dialog box and you click New, there will be a checkbox to set whether it's on or off by default in all views.

so simple!
it does mean I'll have to re-create worksets - and move the info from one workset to the other...
but it will be time well spent - (will save me time down the road)
Just attached an image of the building (because we're pretty excited and wanted to see it on the web!!)
