REVIT 8 new features

We are upgrading from REVIT 7 to 8 today, hopefully the process will be smooth. I wanted to know what are the new features in REVIT 8 from version 7.

there is a pdf file that describes the new features in 8.0 at the download site. Biggies are opening/editing families by clicking on them and clicking edit family.

graphic overide functionality increased, export increases, 3d dwf. etc. Just take a look at the whats new or do a search on this forum, since it came out so long ago it maybe burried a little bit.

This "New in Revit Building 8" document mentions only the main new features. The Release Notes lists all new and changed functionality (though in less detail). Both are available at http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=5107070 (which is where you get if you pick "Documents on the Web" in the Help menu in Revit). Skimming through the Release Notes each release is a good way to avoid those "Gee, I didn't know it could do that" moments.
