Change ceiling height

Hello

When I change the ceiling height all light fixtures stay on old height.
Is it possible to move them together on new height

sounds like your fixtures were not ceiling-based, otherwise they would move, too. If they are 'generic' or floor based, with an offset to be "X" feet above the level, well then you could make a level for the lights, assign them to that level, and set the offset to 0.
