Point data for site plans

I have a list of point coordinates (Northing, Easting, Elevation) that I need to get into Revit to create my topo. Is this possible by data entry, or should I create the topo in another software and import it into Revit?

Its not possible by data entry.

You'll need to create it elsewhere and import it.
