To place a graphic illustration of a door or window type in the schedule :-
Place an elevation of each door/window type and then turn off all the walls in the view and other items you don't need to see.
Crop each door/window elevation view down to align with the edges of the frame.
Then place them on your schedule sheet and note / dimension as required.
If you are scheduling total numbers of each door type, this method will need to be modified by placing the doors and windows used for the elevations, in some other phase ( temp phase or whatever ) than the current one and filtering the final schedule to exclude them. ( R 6.0).
