OK this is getting annoying. Every time that I open a DWG and i want to dimension something, the dimension style that is current will have overrides and the dimensions will be huge.
Any suggestions?

Are you saying the overrides do not exist in the drawing that is opened, but are created upon opening, or you want overrides removed from all drawings?

Are you using Land Desktop by chance? This happens constantly with LDD trying to reset the dimscale to the project scale. I don't know if the other vertical apps are affected this way.

Hi
Check out the following Technical Document on the Autodesk web site under the Knowledge Base section -
ID: TS65039 - AutoCADĀ® units or dimension scale is automatically overridden (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?id=2885185&linkID=2475323&siteID=123112)
Have a good one, Mike

AutoCAD 2005. What are the overrides? I usually just do text overrides.
Another question on a side note, I changed the display on a button and every time that i open the DWG, the button has changed to its previous display pic. How do i get it to stay like I want it to?
