hie everyone
can someone help me l would like to know how to get my walls to cut the floor finish so that the base of wall is resting on the structural part of the floor when seen in section plane

Construct your floor finish as a separate floor and you can then align the finish to the inner face of the wall, while the base floor extends to the wall cavity or whatever construction condition you have.

thanks alot for the file that really helped me out to understand how the floor substrates work.l´m still new to Revit and l´m trying to do my first project in Revit.Thanks again and sorry for the late reply.
