Help with Sloping Mass

I am trying to create a mass/floor/ramp that steps down while sloping at a specific angle and I cannot get the mass, floor or ramp command to do that. I can never finish the sketch with what I have drawn and I can't get the right angle. Has anyone ever done anything like this before? Please help!
