Help Quick! Need to delete extra room tags

Somebody screwed up and pasted room tags in the same place 8 times, is there any easy way to get rid of these extra tags that are piled on top of each other?

Use a schedule and delete them

Tried that, doesn't help when it's just a copy of the tag.....I got it fixed now though, just deleted all the tags and re-tagged, what a pain in the ***

Select them all using the filters. project browser, or whatever, then use shift-select to remove the ones you want to keep. Delete.

One way to pre-filter things is to make a view showing only that item with the visibility settings. I like this technique for curtain wall panels.
