Pulldowns in my menu no show

I have added several pulldown menus to my CUI file and for a month with no problems. I did some editing and now some of my pulldowns wont show up even though they are still in the CUI file. So I loaded the CUI in machine #2 and now I have 2 machines without pulldowns I tried to copy the CUI from machines 3, 4 & 5 and the problem remains i even deleted the MNR file as well. I even replaced the entire support directory.

Pull-down menus must be added to a Workspace in order for them to be displayed.
