Currently in Inventor 10, you can create an overlay of an assembly showing various positional representaions of the same assembly. What I'd like to see is the ability to create a view of a finished weldment and then have the ability to overlay the same weldment prior to machining. This would allow me to then show and dimension the differences between the 2 states.
