I'm having a couple issues with graphics in my Revit model. These may be related to my individual computer or something in Revit, but either way I'm just looking for anyone who may know the culprit. The first is an issue of subregions appearing as both their own material and the material of their base topo (shown in the first image provided). The other is an issue i've been having in Shaded with Edges view with linked Revit models in Revit and once i've printed views from Revit appearing with large square-shaped "shadows" over them. They are not true Revit shadows, simply squares of darkened color. Any ideas what's going on here? Thanks for your help.

I have had the same subregion issue, Unfortunately I haven't found a solution. I recommend you send yours in and I'll do the same and hopefully they can fix the problem. If worst comes to worst you can allways split your surface and that should do it.

Does anyone know if subregions are one of the issues that version 8.1 focuses on, or is that too major and we have to wait for 9.0? I'm assuming since there are currently countless problems with them it might be awhile before we no longer have to cross our fingers when we create subregions.
