Need to NOT hide section marks at any scale

I want to make a key plan the shows a very small scale site plan 1:10000 or even smaller, however when I make that scale all the sections go away. I know you can tell each section to hide at scales smaller than X but the custom choice does not let me make 10000 so I can't seem to find a way to turn on my section marks.

Well... there are two ways I got it to work. If you set the scale of your view PRIOR to placing your sections, the sections assume the 'hide at scales courser than' from the view. Meaning that you would have to copy all of your detailing into the new sections if you were to place them in the reduced scale view.


Alternatively, you should be able to place referencing section lines in the reduced scale view, remove the 'SIM' notation and have them link to existing sections without having to copy all of that detailing around. The scale of the section heads will need to be dealt with but this is the best option I could find that worked.
