Column Bubbles and Call outs.

I have column bubbles that show up perfectly in one call out but not in the other. They are cropped and sized correctly for one area and not for the other.

Does any one know why? See the following attachements

The position of the column bubbles in each view can be uniquely edited. In the view with the bubbles that are far away, just highlight one of the grid lines and grab the blue grip nearest to the bubble to adjust the location of the bubbles.
