Railing Visiblity Problem

Typical stair railing situation: second floor needs to have railing continue across landing to wall. Problem: that railing shows up on first floor plan!

Goto Visibility/Graphics and uncheck 'railings above cut line', though it looks as though you may already have done so.

I know that you are looking for a more elegant solution but there is always the linework tool.
