Auditorium seat pan - how to?

I'm a newbie helping my son with his Revit school project.

Could someone take the time to suggest how best to construct a large auditorium seating pan -- with 20 levels of stepped curved risers, one to a row of seats.

A couple ways..."simple" but time consuming...place floor slabs and raise each one by the rise value.

"harder" but slicker, an in-place floor family, swept solid. You sketch the profile of the overall seating arrangement in section and sweep the profile along a line representing the overall plan. If curved make it bigger than you need and cut off the excess with voids.
