Ok. Why didn't Monster House use Revit? Seems adsk missed a big one here....

Boy, you are right--that could have been some very positive advertising for them. Seems like it would wow viewers quite a bit more than the old black screen-colored lines too. Is there something romantic about doing architecture the old way?

AutoCAD = romantic? Ugh... the black background is so 80's.

Well, you know, architects in movies are so romanticized and they seem to still use paper, maybe the thought of using autocad was "modern"...hahahaha... ;)

Boy, you are right--that could have been some very positive advertising for them. Seems like it would wow viewers quite a bit more than the old black screen-colored lines too. Is there something romantic about doing architecture the old way? From the article:
"Behind the scenes, designers use AutoCAD® (http://www.autodesk.com/mh-autocad) and Autodesk® 3ds Max® (http://www.autodesk.com/mh-3dsmax) software to create project plans and help them visualize and share their ideas. "

Since clients may have the most power to get architects to start using Revit, you'd think Adesk would be promoting Revit more to the public, eh?
