Missing Express Menu File in AutoCAD 2004

I have somehow lost my express menu file for AutoCAD 2004 and I don't know what to do. I can't find the file on my computer anywhere.

Try typing in EXPRESSTOOLS or EXPRESSMENU.

It keeps saying ...Error: menu not found.

Have you tried reinstalling them from the install CD? That should fix it.
