Trouble importing raster image

I am trying to set up a title sheet and I want to import a new jpg or our company logo for the title block. When I import the image it comes in, but it's distorted and poor quality.
How can I get this image to come in correctly?

I see I converted mine to a .bmp, you might give that a try.

Yup, that image was in cmyk. Works perfectly as an rgb. Thanks!
