HAS ANYBODY HAD THIS PROBLEM SPOOLSV.EXE ERROR, USUALLY PLOTTING SHEETS WITH JPEG IMAGES OF 800K SIZE. ANY IDEAS FOR A FIX, WHEN I REDUCE THE JPEG SIZE ALL PLOTS OK??

Can't say that I've ever seen that occur. Perhaps Revit Support should get a call?

I can't remember where one finds it but there is a switch that processes plots either on the printer or in the local PC. Perhaps as the issue appears to be a possible size issue you could alter this to process locally taking advantage of the PCs (probably) greater memory.
