Is there a way to add to that and get other annotation to pull from that information. IE site data?

Create a new project parameter in the Settings:Project Parameters..." When you create it there is a category on the right to add it to. Check off Project Information and it will appear in the list. Also you can create a shared parameter and add it to the project information list. We do that with our template to create a parameter for printing filenames.

If you have time, look at this tutorial (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=23421) , which uses this feature. Adapt it as you need to for your site data.
