Hidden Blocks and Attributes

I like to clean up my maps as much as possible. I did a copybase command on
a section of my map, cleaned it up and am ready to put it back in the
overall map. There are twenty-one (21) fire hydrants in the section of
map I cleaned up, with one attribute attached to each fire hydrant.
However, when I go to the Attribute Manager it shows 1860 attributes.
How do I delete the extra attributes from the drawing so it just shows
21 attributes? I've tried the purge command with no luck. Any information will be appreciated.

when you are making a response, just scroll down until you see 'additional options', then you'll see a button that says, 'manage attachments'... you can then browse to the file.

Here's the file. I did the copybase command and inserted it into a new drawing. I did a drawing cleanup to delete duplicates. There are now 42 Fire Hydrants found in the drawing with 21 in model space. There should only be 21 that are visible. Thanks!

Is the Fire Hydrant Block name "FH" ?

If yes, I only list 21 total.

If no, please explain a little more.

I found only 21 FHs too. I purged, did a drawing clean-up elimating duplicate blocks and saved the drawing. I figured out I need to close and reopen the drawing for the changes to fully take effect. Live and learn. Thank you for all of your help. Have a good one also.
