Don't use!!! White Fill to wipe out portions of the viewports (or call outs) in title sheets!!
Use PLAN REGION and the "cut plane" close to the heart of the Earth (or far in the Sky... 100' is OK trust me! in residential scale...) if you have some wild annotation or library elem. use linework -> invisible line and you all set.
