wall default heights

the default setting for a wall height is the level above it
is there a way to change this so it skips a level and goes to the level above that and keep this parameter and not go back to the default

Make the change to your default template and save.

It should stick ( I've tested it by closing revit and reopening, but not by a reboot as yet. )
