Column Heights Change (was...Could someone check this)

Could someone please check why can't I change column heights ("constraints not satisfied !!??").

The extrusion is constrained by the dimensions.
Remove the dimensions and adjust the reference planes to change the height of the frame legs.

I'm not shure I understand. I need "Height 1" & "Height 2" parameters to control column heights. They vary from 1 being shorter then 2 to quite oposite.
