Dealing with attributes

Is there a way to explode an attribute into text without losing all of the information in the attribute? I just began using LT I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

I'm pretty sure the only way to do that is with express tools, which isn't included in LT.

Yes, you will not be able to do this in LT. You need express tools or a LISP routine. There are third party applications that will allow the use of LISP inside LT. You can search around the web for one.
