Hi smart people :
someone could tell me how navigate in Revit 3-D ........How we move an object in X,Y, plane to Z,Y or Z,X, Plane for example?

To some extent - you don't.

Each object type will move according to the rules of that object. some objects can be plane based (gerneric models) and with that type it is just a matter of selecting the correct plane to orient the object.

Do you have a concrete example?
