I am trying to figure out how to do a home run on electrical plans. In AutoCAD I would use a leader without the text but this doesn't appear to be an option in Revit. I can't seem to create a leader that doesn't have text associated with it. How are others out there handling this?

I'd do it with a detail family...

I have been using a very primitive approach. I created a linetype called wiring and have just been using detail lines (arcs) to represent homeruns.

I do it like that . Aaron how does your detail family work detail lines that can be stretched?

I use lines with a symbol arrowhead.
