radial arrays

trying to get radial arrayed ribs around the inside of a small dome. Created the dome, you cannot tie the ribs to the dome (why?) When I try to create a radial patttern with the ribs they go all over the place. Yes, I put the point of radiation at the center.

anyone else try this?

What kind of family are your ribs?
If they are a generic model they should work, note I wouldn't make them roof based, just plain old GM.
