RV8.0 MEMORY USAGE 600,000K

DISPLAY ADAPTER RADEON X300 SERIES(ATI) P4 3.0G

error..occurred when it reached 600,000K- memory usage the display change to 640x480-4bit display..and it close rv 8.0 without saving...ahh..saving more often makes me slow & frustrated..huh...

Any one knows the problem or setting that need to configure? it doesn't happen in V7..

No issue here, running Quadro Video Card.
Did you install the latest drivers ?

YAH...MAYBE WHEN UPDATE MY OS TO XP SP2

I usually set the virtual memory to twice the amount of RAM for initial AND maximum value. try that
